– Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 271 of 10.12.2008. “On additional measures to implement the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on industrial safety of hazardous production facilities.” Appendix No. 5 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 10, 2008 No. 271, “Regulations on the procedure for compulsory insurance of civil liability for harm to life, health and (or) property of other persons and the environment in the event of an accident at a hazardous production facility.”
Property interests of the Insured related to his obligation, in the manner established by the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to compensate for damage caused to the life, health or property of third parties, or the environment as a result of an accident at a hazardous production facility (HPF).
- Damage caused by destruction or damage to the property of the victims (individuals and legal entities);
- Expenses for covering harm caused to the life and health of third parties (expenses for treatment and medicines, expenses for the burial of the victim in the event of his death), including reimbursement of earnings that the victim lost due to disability;
The costs associated with the elimination of the consequences of the accident at the enterprise;
